Delete your One Tap World account
One Tap World uses anonymous accounts, but you can still permanently delete your profile, scores, leaderboard entries and linked gameplay data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the One Tap World app on the device where you play.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion when the app asks you to continue.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous Firebase Authentication account.
- Your profile, display name, player tag, avatar and country selection.
- Your official scores, ranked attempts, leaderboard entries and leaderboard cache records.
- Your practice history, streak data, favorites and Tap Battles you host.
- Local One Tap World data stored on the device.
What may remain
Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may remain, such as anonymous daily score distributions. Infrastructure logs may also be retained for a limited time where needed for security, fraud prevention, debugging or legal compliance.
If you cannot access the app
Contact support@onetapworld.com or use the support form. Include your player tag, display name, platform, country and any recent challenge date or score you remember so we can identify the anonymous account safely.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If a server connection fails during deletion, the app clears local data and asks you to try again later or contact support.
